John the Baptist preaches; Jesus is baptized.
Luke 3:16 - John answered and said to them all, "As for me, I baptize you with water; but One is coming who is mightier than I, and I am not fit to untie the thong of His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire."
Also, Genealogy of Christ:
Jesus, son of Joseph, son of Eli .... all the way up to Jacob, son of Isaac, son of Abraham.... all the way up Seth, son of Adam, son of God.
Pretty crazy.

First entry
Okay, so I was thinking. I have a poker blog, an anxiety blog, a general blog which sort has turned into an exercise blog and a private blog. But, why don't I have a spiritual blog? That's an aspect of my life I should put more emphasis on than I have been.
I plan on discussing lessons I've learned from mass, from things I've read, and posting when I have spent time doing quiet time. Sometimes I lose track of how often I've spent time on my spirituality every month, so I think this is a good step in the right direction.
